Some of IVC, Inc.'s ongoing activities are:

• Psychological counseling for PSTD, wartime related trauma
• Family Reunification Counseling
• Housing Placement Assistance
• Job Training and Employment Assistance
• G.E.D. Referral
• "Incarceration Syndrome" Counseling (Institutionalized Mentality)
• Discharge Upgrade Referral
• Veterans benefits (i.e., education, medical, loan guaranty, etc.)
• Legislative initiatives on behalf of incarcerated/ex-offender veterans that allow for positive and better prison programs
• Intervention and advocacy for alternatives to incarceration
• Site visits to local, state and federal correctional facilities
• Presentations to the local commnity
• Referrals to substance abuse treatment programs
• Legal referal and assistance with such things as immigration/depportation issues, child suport, paternity and housing.
  

These are just a few of the many issues which we are now engaged on behalf of the veterans who have given more significantly than any of us can imagine or know.
